Role Description
This is a part time on-site role for a Food Service Worker located in San Jose, CA. The Food Service Worker will be responsible for processing the foods made by Kristen and Dean, and maintaining food safety standards. Daily tasks will include processing products made, washing baking molds, pans, and other kitchen tools, and interacting positively with customers when necessary. We need help from August through mid-December, and at certain times during the rest of the year. We have other events throughout the year as well if you like event work, and are a good fit with our company.
Qualifications
Skills in food preparation and food services
Knowledge of Food Safety standards
Excellent Customer Service skills
Ability to work in a medium-paced environment (not crazy, but we do have a sense of urgency in order to get all the packaging done in a timely manner during the day)
Previous experience in food service is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
