This portioned scavenger bread is also known as the beloved traditional brown bread of Ireland, recreated here at The Celtic Tea Shoppe for your eating pleasure! We make it with whole wheat flour, wheat germ, fresh buttermilk, and no machinery so it's all made by hand. Enjoy it toasted with blue milk butter, warmed with a cup of your favorite soup, or as an appetizer with butter and smoked offworld fish. It's versatile and tasty! 15 oz. by weight.
