Scottish Shortbread taken to the next level! We've added real peppermint oil to the cookie, and also to the dark chocolate topping in the chocolate version. Both are perfect for afternoon tea, sharing with friends (or not!), or nibbling while sipping a peaty single malt scotch. 12 bars per minted shortbread, and 4 squares per chocolate mint shortbread, approximately 8 oz.
Please note that during the hot months we will not ship the chocolate version.
