Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time if there is an issue with the order, due to incorrect shipping methods chosen, or other issues. If the customer does not respond within a reasonable amount of time to our emails or phone calls to rectify the issue, the order will be canceled and refunded, minus a 15% restocking fee.
No-Show Policy
If you think you are not going to make it on the specified day of pick up, please call us (fastest way) or email us before the end of the day at 6 pm, so we can reschedule with no problems. However, if you do not show up to pick up your order by the end of the business day specified on your order, and we don't hear from you, we will need to refund your order for pre-packaged and frozen items minus a 15% restocking fee. Made-to-order items such as scones, hot cross buns, caramel apples and custom orders will not be refunded.

We apologize for any inconvenience if you are missing items from your order or received an incorrect item. If this should happen please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Refunds
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your product for a prompt exchange. First, however, DO NOT throw away the product if you want them replaced - you must return them to us in order for us to honor the exchange/replacement. Also, please be sure to tell us the reason why you are returning the candy or baked item, so we can improve our processes. Refunds for unopened packaged products returned within 7 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. The original shipping and handling charges, if any, are not refundable. Unfortunately, refunds for the following will not be allowed:
- Items returned more than 8 days after the purchase date
- Seasonal items (Halloween, Christmas, etc.)
- Opened candies or foods
- Melted candies or foods
- Bulk candies
- Custom orders
- Large quantity orders
- Scones
- Frozen items
- Tea Boxes that are not picked up by 6 pm on Friday

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
