So, here is The Celtic Tea Shoppe's version of Cauldron Cakes (almost like a whoopie pie), featuring cake style cookies baked with cocoa and Guinness, filled with the following flavors:
Chocolate - not-too-sweet buttercream with dutch cocoa and a touch of vanilla Irish Cream - known as the Irish Patty, featuring white chocolate, cream, a touch of Jameson, and coffee Rainbow - not-too-sweet buttercream featuring almond, orange and lemon
