Menu ideas - you can use this tea as a mulling spice! Use the same proportion of one tablespoon per cup of liquid - apple juice or red wine - to create a tasty and traditional treat for the holiday season. We like to fortify the wine with a bit of cognac or brandy, and sweeten it with brown sugar to taste, but you can also use white sugar, Demerara, honey or your choice.
