We will do a small batch of these again once we are finished with the Dickens Fair, and they will be available on December 22-23rd for pickup. If you are interested in one or more at that time, please send us an email so we can get an idea of how many to make.
Important: These are baked and then frozen. When you purchase them, please keep them frozen until two days (for the large ones) before you want to serve. Put them in the fridge to come up slowly to temperature, and then pull them out for a couple of hours on the counter to come up to room temperature before serving.
Celebrate your holidays and picnics with this traditional British favorite, the Pork Pie. Handmade without fillers, it offers authentic flavor and a satisfying snack anytime. It's perfect for festive gatherings, it brings a touch of classic comfort and joy to your table. We recommend serving them with Branston Pickle, mango chutney, or your favorite pickles. Other accompaniments can include cheeses, and perhaps a vinaigrette salad.
We use our buttery pastry crust, ground and chopped pork shoulder, fresh thyme and rosemary, kosher salt, black pepper, plus onion and garlic powders to create this timeless and savory pie. Pork bone broth gelatin is added after baking, of course, to give it the silkiness and flavor you expect from a well-made pork pie.
Customers have been asking for this product for a few years now, and we wanted to make sure it was perfect before offering it for sale, and now you can order it for the winter holidays! We will make only a certain amount of them, and after October they will not be available until January.
