Scones GF - Tea Size

Our Gluten Free scones are made from scratch by hand every time, with real cream, butter, and real flavors like Meyer Lemon, Cranberry Orange, and Maple Pecan. Each tea sized scone weighs approximately 2 oz. each, and are about 2.5"x2.5"x1.5" in size (this is approximate, as they are made by hand). They are lightly sweet, and each one has been given a lovely layer of sanded sugar on top. 

To serve, pop them in an oven heated at 350°F for a few minutes, or until heated through and slightly crusty around the edges. If you will not be eating them right away, they freeze very well until you want them for your next afternoon tea. Or midnight nosh. Or whatever. We don't judge.

Important... please note that these will only be sent via Priority Mail or faster, to ensure that they are the freshest possible. Please choose the type of shipping that will allow them to be delivered to you within at least two days of shipping. If you do not want to eat them right away, they are packaged so that they may be frozen.

Basic Scone ingredients: GF flour (Rice Flour, Whole Grain Brown Rice Flour,  Sorghum Flour, Tapioca Starch, Potato Starch, Cellulose, Vitamin and Mineral Blend [Calcium Carbonate, Niacninamide {Vitamin.B3}, Reduced Iron, Thiamin Hydrochloride {Vitamin B1}, Riboflavin {Vitamin B2}], Xanthan Gum, Cellulose Gum), cream, butter, sugar, egg, baking powder, baking soda, kosher salt, sanding sugar

Buttery Sweet - a basic, neutral flavored scone that is our base recipe for all our scones. It's lightly sweet, buttery, and a wonderful scone that lets the clotted cream and your favorite jam shine.

Royal Fruit - similar to the famous scones served at Buckingham Palace, we take our Buttery Sweet scone and add rum-soaked currants and sultanas (golden raisins)

Meyer Lemon - Meyer lemon zest and lemon oil flavor this scone, along with a sanding sugar/lemon zest topping. Because we are located in California, we have access to lots of real Meyer lemons!

Cranberry Orange - we soak the cranberries in fresh-squeezed orange juice, and use the orange zest as well to create a flavorful, zingy scone

Maple Pecan - we use real maple sugar and toasted pecan pieces to create these amazing scones. When we bake them, it smells like pancakes!

Pumpkin Spice - real pumpkin is used, along with fresh grated nutmeg, cinnamon, and clove to create a moist, lightly sweet scone that pairs perfectly with a sweet cinnamon butter (try it, you'll love it!)
