Most sandwiches will have a cream cheese base on white potato bread, unless otherwise noted. Please allow two or more business days for small orders of one to two dozen, and for larger orders, please allow for at least one week before your scheduled pickup date.

Egg Salad sandwiches will come with rye bread unless otherwise requested
Open-faced Smoked Salmon sandwiches will be made with wheat bread unless otherwise requested
If you wish for us to use our Irish Brown Bread, there is an additional charge to the sandwich price
The Coronation Chicken Salad sandwiches are based on the famous recipe created for Queen Elizabeth II when she ascended the throne in 1953(ish). It’s a wonderful, flavorful salad featuring chicken, curry, and a little extra splendidness from a little red wine and caramelized onions.
